  12. This command allows you to change the scroll rate of any autoscrolling field. It will prompt you to click on the field whose scroll rate you wish to change (there might be more than one autoscrolling field on your slide) and then a dialogue box will show the current scroll rate and request a new rate. If you happen to click on a field that is not an AutoScrolling one, you'll be notified of that fact, and no change will be made.
